We require a $25 application fee to process your application. Married couples pay a single, $35 applicant fee; otherwise, it costs $25 per applicant. You may submit this application, then sign your submission and pay at our office after viewing the available unit, or you may submit this application and pay the appropriate screening fee via PayPal so that you can prescreen for this unit.

We automatically disqualify applicants if:

▪ they smoke and are interested in an apartment at Hillcrest House, The Quarters or Mesquite Square

▪ any portion of their rent is paid by the HUD/Section 8 program

▪ they have been convicted of any felony

▪ a credit report reveals unpaid child support

▪ they have been evicted from an apartment

▪ they owe rent to another landlord

▪ their pet is in excess of 20 lbs

▪ they are under the age of 18

▪ the tenant is neither guardian, parent, nor spouse to a joint occupant under the age of 18.

▪ they plan to have more than 2 people per leased bedroom

▪ they are a non-student with income less than three times their monthly rent
